Chibi Iceland

Since I have no recent stuff to upload, I'll just submit some old stuff that I intended to redo or finish before submitting, but I probably never would have the time for them, so here's the first one. *crawls away shamefully*

This is a part of the series I wanted to do (which I started with Chibi Norway). So, here's a Chibi Icey. I think he's the less sucessful of the Heta chibis I've submitted so far.
